24 Hour Florida Mortgage Broker Pre-License Class Special Low price of $199 including all study material
This course provides the State of Florida requirement for 24 hours of classroom education in order to obtain a mortgage broker license. Per Florida statute 494.0033, the 24 hours must be taught in a classroom setting and cannot be taken online. Weekend Class Location only ½ mile from Orlando International Airport and approximately 7 miles to the testing center

This class provides the State of Florida educational requirement in order to take the Mortgage Broker exam. We provide a manual for studying and cover the information you need to know in a class size that is conducive to learning and which will allow you the ability to ask questions.
