.You can complete your application and pay the licensing fee to the Department of Financial Services online. You must submit your application online by the 15th day of the month in order to be scheduled to take the mortgage broker exam the following month. Example: Submit online and pay for license by 15th of May, you would be scheduled to take exam in June. If you waited until the 16th of May, then you would be scheduled in July. If you are from out of state, you need to request to take the test in Orlando. Fax your request to the Department of Financial Services at 850-410-9279.
